- Paddle: All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not collect or store your credit card number.

- Usage Enforcement: To track your daily request count using your User ID or Device Fingerprint.
- Security & Debugging (Prompt Logging): We log User Inputs (prompts) and AI Outputs to monitor the technical performance of the software. These logs are generally processed automatically. Human Access: Human access to specific logs occurs only when necessary for debugging, investigating abuse, or responding to legal requests.
- Communication: To send you critical system emails (e.g., changes to this policy, service downtime, or billing issues).
4. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Interaction Logs (Prompts/Outputs): We retain prompt history and generation logs for 90 days for debugging and improvement purposes. After 90 days, logs are anonymized or deleted.
- Financial Records: We retain basic transaction records (invoice dates, amounts paid) for tax compliance in Georgia for the legally required period.
